Main Mission of this position:

  • Preserve existing business within Russian Accounts, building lasting relationships and partnerships with partners.
  • To support sales in after sale service (design and samples approval process internal and external) and show business growth with clients.
  • Achieve smooth, correct and efficient documents / approvals process.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Daily external communication with buyers (e-mail / Tel / Skype)
  • Daily internal communication with designers and merchandisers (e-mail / Tel / Skype)
  • Work with Fashion product (apparel, footwear and accessories)
  • Control designing stage flow process
  • Control samples stage frow process
  • Working with document, specifications, Packing Lists and Invoices in Word and Excel.
  • Achieve clear transfer of the comments (instructions) from buyers to designers and production department.
  • Business trips to our international offices (London, Germany, China, Bangladesh and India)

Required competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required within and outside organization
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, focus on details

Minimum Educational Requirements:

  • Higher Education, Degree (MA, BA or equivalent) in Economics, Business, Fashion or related field
  • Strong written and verbal English
