We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help manage the success of Insense clients’ campaigns in North America. A Customer Success Manager should be committed to developing and achieving client objectives; as well as, supporting the Sales team with day-to-day administration. For this particular role, our ideal candidate has few years of experience working for an influencer agency or adtech start up company. Customer Success Manager will interact directly with the Sales, Payment and Product teams at Insense and clients and influencers/creators/talent agencies directly. Position requires strong organizational skills to streamline communications, processes and relay them to the client and internal team as well as influencers/creators/talent agencies.

The candidate must have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who wants to grow as a superstar in advertising.

  • A Customer Success Manager can work in Moscow office (preferably) or remotely. You will communicate with clients in EST and PST time zones, so adjust your day-to-day schedule.
  • Upper-intermediate business English only.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate regularly to the Sales representative on every aspect of ongoing campaigns and the overall account
  • Compile Weekly and Monthly Reporting on Client’s Account Campaign status
  • Approve and edit media briefs, be an expert on how to draft media briefs and run campaigns in Insense
  • Manage campaigns with clients and creators to bring it to success
  • Engage with clients day-to-day to keep high retention rate
  • Facilitate payment process for clients and payouts to creators
  • Draft marketing and media proposals and make recommendations for the management based upon clients’ feedback

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in influencer marketing and/or freelancer platform work
  • Ability to meet campaign deadlines while executing with detail
  • Strong writing and communications skills
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; particularly Keynote presentation skills; Intercom, Slack, G-Suite and other start-up-like tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects from inception to final executions
  • Attention to detail
  • 'Can Do', 'Will Do' personality and attitude
  • Bachelors Degree
