KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
With accountability for building incremental revenue goals through a significant retail business, the role will lead development and execution of the retail strategy and growth plan, and continue to evolve, innovate and build the business. He/she will have proven ability to grow brand engagement of an omni-channel retailer, leveraging the channel to fuel retail brand awareness.
The ability to build credibility across the organization by bringing thought partnership and best practices of other leading industries/organizations to drive growth in the area of retail will be critical to success. He/she will work in close partnership with marketing team to understand their strategies and priorities, incorporating retail strategies as an accelerator to the growth plans currently in place.
- Drive and design the strategy of business on the sight of retail;
- Enhance the retail ability of the company, including retail professions development and organization capability;
- Store construction and operation, including SI and VM management; manage in-store total solution consulting activities for the improvement of retail store conditions;
- Management of field force and training team;
- Maximize sell-out by retail enhancement.
PROFESSIONAL Attribute
The ideal candidate will be a highly successful and proven leader with strong experience in leading retail strategy, ideally in consumer electronic retailing environment. The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience; have good experience and knowledge of Russian retail channels, ROI analysis, understanding of store-level operation;
- Strong management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Good experience in project coordination, strong teamwork ability, positive attitude. Result oriented;
- Ability to understand well and properly balance interests of customers and company, business and financial acumen is highly required;
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above).
