Sales Assistant

Location: Moscow

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating new orders in Operating System (OS)
• Handling stock returns - OS part and collaboration with returns team.
• Maintenance of OS operations such as opening new accounts in the system, connecting all needed data required from client-side, financial data maintenance through OS for each client
• Credit notes (CN) implementation in system - creating an excel table with needed data and importing it in OS Tracker. Requires close collaboration with accounting and finance team.
• Maintaining new orders, existing ones, editing orders/returns, matching EAN codes with orders adding additional expenses on orders, creating and filling master data files, price lists.
• Maintenance of logistical data, forms, financial data regarding clients
• Initiating process regarding production of stickers, manuals, sales sheets - collaboration with translation managers.
• Price monitoring on a daily basis

REQUIREMENTS

• Medium administration and excel skills (up to 1 year of experience)

• Basic understanding of sales principles

• Proficiency in English

• Great communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

• Advanced user of 1С "Upravlenie Torgolvey 11.4"
