Responsibilities:

The general responsibilities of the IT Manager include: organizing the work of the department, ensuring the stable operation of information systems, providing technical support for hardware and software, planning and preparing the budget, and participating in the selection of personnel in the information technology department.

The main duties include maintain of all office equipment, consulting and assisting users with technical difficulties they will be experiencing, setting up accounts for new users and many other.

  • Analysis and supervision of the performance of the entire IT department
  • installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Installing peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives on users premises.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (via telephone, in-person and online support to end-users)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Assists in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users requirements.
  • Provides updates, status and completion information to manager and/or users, via e-mail or in-person communication.
Requirements:

1-3 years of proven work experience as an IT Manager

Bachelor’s degree

Good communication skills in Russian, English and Uzbek
