Armadum Lawyers is looking for 3+ year PQE qualified lawyer to join its litigation team

Responsibilities:

  • Legal support and management of cases across a broad range of commercial, civil and administrative litigation issues.
  • Drafting, reviewing and amending a range of dispute related documents (ranging from pleadings to pre-action letters).
  • Advising and assisting with dispute prevention and broader risk management in a number of forms, including pre-litigation/pre-investigation advice.
  • Strategically advising clients and managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately.
  • Identifying risks on the basis of experience and finding ways to minimise or eliminate them.
  • Managing relationships with external Counsel and other service providers.
  • Liaising and taking instruction from clients.
  • Attending client meetings.
  • Legal research.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in a Law.
  • At least 3 year experience as a lawyer in legal consulting firm.
  • Attorney’s certificate.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (at least Upper-Intermediate level) and Ukrainian languages.
  • Experience dealing with legal disputes.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate to a diverse range of people.
  • Accuracy, speed and thoroughness of work, attention to details.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively assess priorities in a fast-paced environment.
