MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Cooperate with HQ in order to develop and strengthen the relationships with strategic partners, prospects and customers in the Territory by representing the company as defined by its mandate.
- Assist the company with the promotion of products and services in Territory through defined action plans, including the development, translation and adaptation of marketing presentations, brochures and technical performance information on helicopters and associated services, the organization and participation to demonstration flights of helicopters for identified prospects.
- Consultations and negotiations with prospects as directed by the company for purchases of helicopters and associated services and goods (training, spare parts, tools, etc.).
- Support the development of commercial offers by the company for the sale of helicopters and associated services and goods, with accurate sales inputs (including capture plan, sales strategy, strategic paper, price to win, drivers to customer satisfaction, etc.) based on market knowledge.
- Assist the company with the establishment, monitoring and execution of commercial contracts locally.
- Organize and participate in acceptance and delivery procedures for new helicopters.
- Collect market and marketing data and intelligence; provide market analysis on commercial activity of the competitors.
- Update daily the customer and business database in the corporate Customer Relation Management system (CRM).
- Participation in the events organized by the company.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate aviation – ideally helicopters – business knowledge (4 to 7 years) in sales, business development and/or general management.
- Knowledge of business and aviation regulation and legislative bodies in the concerned jurisdiction(s).
- Education: Aviation Engineering and/or Economics.
- Advanced knowledge of product & service range.
- Advanced sales and negotiation skills.
- Languages: Russian (fluent – speaking and writing), English (fluent – speaking and writing).
- Presence of concrete success stories of selling
- Team-player (ready for both roles: cross-functional leader and subordinate)
- Strong self-presentation
- Strong ethics
- Strong communication skills (broad culture, ability to listen, adaptation of the manner of communication depending on the counterpart, ability to convince the counterpart)
- Stress resistance
- Proactive and creative (incl. examples)
- Energetic
- Readiness for frequent business trips (up to 50% of working days)
