Responsibilities:
- Maintain liquidity at the exchange for hundreds of instruments 24/7
- Lead development of proprietary liquidity systems and risk management tools
- Ensure growth of external market makers (coordinate development of APIs, margin trading and mobilize bizdevs and sales to onboard market makers)
- Contribute to the development of the new markets OTC, futures, other trading products development in close contact with developers and product managers
- Introduce night shifts
- Supervise the team of traders and trading developers, maintain a high performance of the team and develop the team
Requirements:
- 5+ year of experience as a liquidity provider / market maker in a fast-paced international environment
- 2+ years in algorithmic trading
- Experience in managing a team of traders and/or developers
- Experience in crypto, C# / C++ / Python is a plus
- Self-starting and able to get things done in a tough crypto environment
