If you are ready for:

  • Implementation of Group HR Strategy.
  • Personnel Costs Management.
  • Recruiting and staffing.
  • Performance management systems.
  • Organization development.
  • Employee orientation, development, and training.
  • Policy development and documentation.
  • Employee relations.
  • Compensation and benefits administration.

And you have:

  • Upper Intermediate English.
  • University degree.
  • 5 years of experience in an international manufacturing company is an advantage;
  • Working knowledge of all HR processes.
  • Work experience in Human Resources Management (on OpCo level or as Business Partner in Supply Chain / in Commerce) not less than 3 years.
  • Russian labor code knowledge is a must.
  • The person must be creative, full of initiative, and possess good communication skills and analytical background.
  • Leadership – take a leading role in both working with the Management Team as well as with the local HR Team.
  • Good coaching and motivational skills.
  • Customer orientation and internal and external focus - ensures customer needs and requests are met properly.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel).
