Our client is an international food company, looking for Technical director, Odessa.

Key duties:

  • To build and lead a team of professionals for efficient plant operations;
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement in cost management, wastage reduction and environmental management;
  • To lead product quality management to avoid market rejection; to co-ordinate with internal/external consumers and suppliers for efficient trouble-free production planning and execution;
  • Benchmarking and review budget and performance in relation to best in class;
  • Propose, design and implement different projects on schedule and within budget for product / process development and to improve operational efficiency;
  • Preventive maintenance and upkeep of all operational units in line with international standard;
  • Developing and maintaining culture for superior safety / housekeeping and improved environmental management;
  • Training and development of the team members to improve their carrier based on their future potential;.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Graduate
  • 10/15 year experience in related type of Industries including at least 5 year experience in senior management position
  • Analytical ability
  • Negotiation skills
  • Collaboration
  • Team work
  • Strong internal-customer orientation
  • LEAN thinking.
  • Business fluent English
