We are looking for an SEO Manager to coordinate and implement SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization, link building and keyword expansion research. You’ll also oversee the growth of two sites with a global target reach. You will drive various campaigns including PPC to ensure their success. The candidate MUST have expert knowledge of English.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities
  • Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance
  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content developer/Copywriter
  • Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
  • Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
  • Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
  • Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
  • Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
  • Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors
  • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
  • Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with SEO reporting
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
  • Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Familiarization Google analytics
  • Experience with website optimization tools
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skill.
