REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year of experience as Team Lead in a game development company or performance agency specializing in the mobile sphere with game development clients;
  • Experience in hiring and training staff is a must;
  • Experience in creating graphics for UA/ASO;
  • Passionate about mobile gaming, apps and the game development industry;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD and Adobe After Effects;
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and appropriate guidance to the team;
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and good time management skills;
  • Outstanding team leadership skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • English fluency (minimum Intermediate Level).

THESE SKILLS ARE A PLUS:

  • Knowledge of 3D;
  • Knowledge of UI/UX;
  • Drawing skills;
  • Specialized education;
  • Experience with task management software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of Graphic Designers (including hiring and training new GDs);
  • Prepare performance creatives for UA/ASO;
  • Collaborate proactively with your team and superiors in order to design and pitch concepts for graphical assets that achieve marketing goals;
  • Monitor the quality of assets produced by other graphic designers, plus tutoring and mentoring as required;
  • Set up and maintain framework, processes and best practices;
  • Create and maintain clear and comprehensive design documentation;
  • Stay on top of opportunities and trends in the mobile gaming market.
