Responsibilities and Deliverables for Head of eCommerce:
Core Mission: Making sure we’re delivering the best possible results to clients and we hit our performance goals.
3 Core Areas of Work
50% Client Results - Making sure that we reach satisfying results with Facebook Ads & Omni-channel implementation.
- Managing 1-2 key accounts through junior hands.
- Clients' yearly strategy planning.
- Everest Strategy quarterly planning, tracking, and implementation.
- Weekly individual calls with advertisers to discuss accounts performance and next actions.
- Monthly individual calls with advertisers to discuss strategy & radical tests implementation.
- Coordinating KPI’s with clients.
- Omni-channel implementation, thinking of new ideas to test and overlooking their implementation.
Main KPI:
- Meeting at least 80% of clients' monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
Sub-KPIs:
- Each account is spending a minimum of $60K (Monthly)
- All accounts are hitting an average of $150K spend (Monthly)
- Clients AOV growth heading to $16K (Monthly)
- 9+ Clients satisfaction score (Quarterly)
20% Team - Educating and tracking how the team is performing.
- Guiding and teaching seniors & junior advertisers of eCommerce management and ad buying.
- 1on1 call with the team members, checking up their monthly/quarterly goals.
- Organizing educational content if the team needs to improve on specific topics.
- Suggesting good educational material for individual needs.
- Tracking & making sure that the team is performing at their optimal level.
- Being human and supporting the team in any way that might be needed.
Main KPI:
- Team satisfaction score 9+ (Quarterly)
Sub-KPIs:
- 1on1 calls with individual Team member every 4-5weeks (# Month)
- Educational materials created about eCommerce growth and ad buying (# Month)
30% Processes - Creation and optimization of new processes (SOPs) which could help for AdKings team & clients to get closer to satisfying results.
- Creation of Facebook Ads buying SoP’s and core Facebook Ads structure chart.
- Creation of omni-channel SoP’s of how and when channels should connect with each other.
- Creation of decision trees for Facebook Ads and Omni-channel development so everybody would be able to make the right decisions based on systematic approach.
- Streamlining the creatives creation process from filming to scripts templates, ad copies etc.
- Overlooking the creation of emails, adwords, youtube ads and conversion rate optimization core SoP’s.
- Creation of Everest SoP playbook that combines all the separate channels SoP’s into a one A to Z guidebook approach that could be given to eCommerce growth experts and he would know what to do to grow the store to multiple 8 figures.
- Creation of a training system for new recruits.
Main KPIs:
- New SOPs created (# Month)
New tools created to support AdKings or Clients growth (# Month)

- Reviewing Everest Planning
