You will be responsible for driving Reksoft's business in the Europe and USA.

  • The KAE is going to report to the CEO and will lead a team of Account Executives and Delivery manages for international customers;
  • Expand Reksoft’s footprint at existing customers and build new relationships with prospects;
  • The ideal candidate is one who has built and led sales process;
  • Has a strong track record closing revenue in the software world;
  • This person needs to be an expert at positioning business value and selling digital projects for enterprises as well as engineering services to software vendors;
  • This person needs to be an expert at managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with key stakeholders in large corporations and established start-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and manage the activities of today customer facing teams to ensure that company revenue goals and objectives are exceeded;
  • Develop and execute on a business plan to expand business into new accounts;
  • Juggle the closing of current-quarter deals while nurturing longer-term opportunities;
  • Coordinating and managing weekly team pipeline, participate in company sales meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best-practice sharing;
  • Managing daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above quota results based on successful pipeline management;
  • Attracting, hiring, onboarding and retaining team experts; managing attrition; ensure cooperation with local and remote contractors and business partners;
  • Strongly contribute to intercompany communication and streamlining cooperation with production and PMO units to ensure best for business results;
  • Display a thorough understanding of business needs and revenue potential for accounts in the assigned areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. MBA is a plus;
  • Expertise in sales of It professional services, digital consulting or related;
  • Excellent C-level communication skills;
  • Minimum of 7 years IT sales experience successfully selling solutions at the C-level;
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach;
  • Total comfort demonstrating new IT trends and solutions and discussing it with business;
  • Experience in territory management and planning, at the regional and account levels;
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills required;
  • Willing to travel as needed throughout the regions.
