We currently have an opportunity for a candidate to join our team as a Customer Support agent. This is not a call center position. Most of the time you’ll be communicating with aspired businesses and creative personalities from all over the globe! So if you’re energetic, open to new knowledge and enjoy the start-up environment - we’re going to be a good match!

Candidates must have excellent customer service and multitasking skills, as the CSR role is the primary point of contact for all customers. You must understand users, feel their needs and carry their voices throughout the company. You breathe and live good customer support.

The work shift is Monday to Friday, but the daily schedule may vary, depending on the workload.

Requirements:

  • Perfect spoken and written English is essential for this position;

  • Exceptional attention to details;

  • Must have a positive and proactive attitude, outstanding communication skills;

  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting client loyalty;

  • Enjoy working independently and in a team-focused collaborative environment;

  • Stress resistance;

  • Basic Analytical & Research Skills;

  • 1 year experience working in the SaaS environment;

Position Duties:

  • Assist customers and other members of our creative community, troubleshooting their problems;

  • Handle inbound requests by phone and tickets, keeping an eye on improving customer experience and facilitating internal workflows;

  • Capture feedback on the product for use by our Product team;

  • Work with copyright infringement claims;

  • Occasional translations and copyrighting tasks
