KAZ Minerals Russia is looking for potential candidates for the position of Energy Infrastructure Design Manager within Power Supply and Energy Systems Department in our Moscow office.

Report to: Power Supply And Energy Systems Director
Energy Infrastructure Design Manager / Руководитель отдела проектирования энергетической инфраструктуры
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization of work on the implementation of process plant power supply projects at the pre-design and design stage;
- Interaction with external participants in the implementation of the project of external energy supply of the process plant (federal and regional executive authorities, RDI, customers, developers, manufactures of basic and auxiliary equipment, etc.);
- Organization and participation in the development of technical specifications, technical requirements, technical tasks, preparation of design progress reports and other similar documents;
- Management of the official correspondence with the counterparts for energy supply of the process plant - preparation of draft letters on the request for source data, on the progress of project work, on the organization of meetings, on comments, etc.;
- Organization and management of the activities of the subordinates, ensuring that employees of Energy Infrastructure Design Section fulfill their job duties, control results of their work, check the status of labor discipline, ensure that subordinates comply with internal work regulations, labor safety rules and regulations, legislative requirements, and Company’s guidelines and regulations;
- Organization of control and monitoring of organizational and financial discipline in the areas of activity pertaining to Energy Infrastructure Design Section;
- In cooperation with the Contract Division, organization of contractual work, participation in the preparation and execution of draft contracts, preparation of primary and contractual documentation, ensure the fulfillment and control the fulfillment of obligations by contractors under contracts concluded in the field of activity of the Energy Infrastructure Design Section;
- Involvement in the preparation of legal and financial documentation in the areas of activity pertaining to Energy Infrastructure Design Section.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical higher education (preferably, in power engineering);
- No less than 10 years of experience in power plant design with capacity of 100 MW and more, powerline and substation design with voltage of 110 kV and more;
- At least 5 years of management experience;
- English - Intermediate.
