Senior HR Representative

We're looking for a Senior HR Representative to join the team.

Does this sound like a good role for you?

Functions as a HR specialist in the HR Operations department. Typically serves in an organization where specialized HR roles are fully deployed. As part of a specialized team supports the entire EMEA region with 18 countries as of today. Becomes a specialist in specific EMEA countries.

Responsibilities include a multitude of activities:

HR Operations

  • Onboards new employees
  • Extends all legal agreements to new hires and existing employees, i.e. employment agreements, changes to the employment, mandatory declarations etc
  • Manages international transfers in co-operation with the employee management
  • Supports new hires, employees and their families with visa, work permits, and residence permits
  • Enrolls work force in existing benefit programs; supports C&B specialist setting up new benefits for the country of support

HR Projects

  • Drives HR Operations projects i.e. setting up award programs, compensation changes, definition of country?s offer packages. Conducts research and analyses data on assigned projects
  • Participates in the management of Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Helps to drive automation in HR Operations' work
  • Creates, maintains and develops policies, guidelines, T&Cs and employee handbooks
  • May assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, personnel policies and procedures

HR Administration

  • Ensures proper documentation of all aspects of the employment relationship
  • Prepares employee verification letters, reference letters and other official employee documents
  • Owns employee records and ensures the data accuracy in all HR systems taking into consideration GDPR and other data security regulations
  • May assist with business and statistics surveys, audits, reporting, etc. as relevant

HR Consulting

  • Counsels employees concerning work-related problems in the areas as above
  • Is the main contact point for other infrastructure departments (IT, Finance, Payroll, Facilities, etc.)

Key Qualifications

  • Possesses a solid understanding of specialization area plus working knowledge of one other related area.
  • Resolves issues in creative ways.
  • Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions.
  • Executes and completes end to end projects whilst contributing to all aspects of a project.
  • Determines and develops recommendations to solutions.
  • Works on team-driven or task-oriented projects.
  • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Preferred Experience

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Ideally have experience working in a company with an International focus.
  • Language skills beyond English and experience in multinational HR management is a plus.
  • An economic or legal understanding is desirable.
