Job Description
Craft is seeking a Senior Financial Data Specialist to join our growing team in Minsk, Belarus. The role is focused on the supervision of the team of financial data analysts, curating and validating financial data and content relating to companies, industry sectors and jobs for publication on the Craft website.
In this role you will
- Create and execute recurring tasks fulfillment plans
- Review and evaluate other team members’ performance
- Allocate resources throughout the project(s)
- Identify issues and gaps in the process and drive improvements
- Gather and review financial data, as well as monitor and improve data quality throughout the platform
- Research and complete topical analyses on companies and sectors, e.g. team composition, financial and operational metrics analysis on selected sector groups
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to content creation profile throughout the team, for development and implementation by the technology team
