Brane is a global marketing company based in Singapore. We help early-stage products to build a scalable user acquisition strategy and run it up. We are the official Facebook Marketing Partner and the trusted partner to 100+ clients as Alibaba Group, My.com, King and others.

Now we are looking for a Financial Manager to help us pour fuel on the fire and help move further upstream.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage Billing, Accounts Payable, Cash Allocation, Master Data Creation/Maintenance and Collections functions.
  • Processing purchase invoices and payments
  • Managing supplier relationships and negotiating discounts and other terms
  • Liaising with our finance outsourcing partners to ensure accounting transactions are recorded in our Xero system in a complete, timely and accurate manner.
  • Partner with other teams to create successful customer, vendor and employee experiences with Financial Operations.
  • Design, implement and maintain a strong internal control environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2 years+ experience in a financial role
  • Ideally, good knowledge of Xero (accounts payable and bank reconciliation, sales invoicing and journal inputting)
  • Accounts payable experience
  • Accounts receivable experience
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • Part qualified / qualified accountant status (ACCA, CIMA etc)
