Main accountabilities:

  • Partial responsibility for Matrix, L'Oreal Professionnel & Redken turnover targets achievement within given e-commerce key accounts (Top-2 Russian e-commerce platforms);
  • Fully responsibility for 1-2 ecommerce clients (medium size);
  • Orders processing;
  • Service Level and On Shelf Availability maximization;
  • Provision of product content and logistics data needed for new listings, regular enrichment of content and visibility of existing assortment;
  • Preparation and initial analysis of reports on key business indicators;
  • Promo plans implementation and initial efficacy analysis;
  • Maintaining documentation turnover, responsibility for payments processing according to contractual agreements and internal business processes;
  • Close collaboration with company’s other functions and departments (Marketing, Digital teams, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Warehouse).

Critical competencies:

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration or other business-related major as nice to have;
  • Work experience in e-commerce structure from 1 year (preferably in FMCG and Beauty spheres) as a very nice to have;
  • Knowledge of basic business indicators and processes in digital;
  • High level of collaboration skills;
  • Experienced user of MS Excel (Pivot; VLookUp) and PowerPoint as a must;
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data;
  • English – Intermediate+.
