Our client is a manufacturer and marketer of luxury goods, including wines and spirits.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Planning:

  • Develop and implement Cycle plan in line with strategic brand planning, brand strategies, strategic vision and brand activity plans in order to achieve the company’s market, volume and channel objectives, providing 360 degree execution.
  • Create and implement strategy for building the best visibility and distribution in On & Off Trade channel

Trade Promotions Development & Evaluation projects implementation with Key Customers:

  • Ensure development, implementation and evaluation of trade promotions for National & Local Key & On Trade Customers.
  • Evaluate results and recommend proper promotion mechanics. Create and control of fulfillment of reporting base in On & Off-Trade channels: photo, results, timing, POSM, etc.
  • Key target is to recommend and agree the optimal assortment and control placement execution in attractive, structured and organized manner through clear targets.
  • Lead, implement and upgrade on time all necessary information in MHPS.

Trade Marketing activities targets setting and communication:

  • Develop Sales Activity Objectives for the Regions to ensure best execution and effective communication of the activity
  • For correct target setting and the best implementation of different activities organize weekly meetings with Market Manager & Brand Manager.

Budgeting and analysis:

  • Provide post evaluation analyze of results On & Off Trade activities.
  • Generate promo-strategy plans with Brand managers for planning FTT and A&P budgets.
  • Analyze data from trade marketing reports, research, retail audit and customer sales and based on this information give input into channels specific trade marketing plan which meets the company’s market, brand and promotion objectives and reflects the needs and priorities of the particular trade channel.
  • Preparation of Brands Trade Marketing reviews as a key platform for formulation of brands long and short terms trade marketing strategy.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Professional:

  • Higher Education;
  • Not less than 3 years’ experience in relevant area (preferable in FMCG company connected to sales activities);
  • English – Fluent

Personal:

  • Excellent communicative and presentation skills;
  • Management and leadership skills;
  • Result orientation and problems solving capabilities;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to effective planning of a working process;
  • Excellent skills on the priorities arrangement.
