MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote a global strategy throughout the company.
• Conduct a smooth launch of initiatives in SAP CIS, support the effective transformation of business processes
• Ensure the inclusion of local initiatives in the global strategy
• Build effective communication between departments to ensure knowledge and understanding of strategy, execution steps, approaches and results.
• Build effective communication with SAP colleagues from other countries within the implemented initiatives
• Act as a leader for strategic topics and its realization
• Create actionable project plan and programs based on strategy and drive its realization
• Analyze and evaluate the results of implemented Programs

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years professional business experience
• Positive experience in leading and managing remote team
• Successful experience in leading and driving strategic projects (at least 1-2 completed projects)
• international business experience preferred in enterprise software sales, sales enablement industry operations, corporate development.
• Experience in program planning and / or evaluating new business development opportunities

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Proficient understanding of SAP, markets and competition.
• Understanding of cloud, cloud -based commerce/ business networks.
• Upper Intermediate English
