We are looking for proactive Performance Marketing Manager (PPC):

YOUR MISSION

  • Develop digital marketing for eCommerce with a focus on efficient NetSales growth
  • Challenge given structures, identify inefficiencies and lead the expansion and optimization of the digital marketing setup to bring it to the next level
  • Establish a process landscape which allows to efficiently set and track consumer demographics, segmentations and buying behavior to drive targeted campaigns
  • Partner with multiple marketing, social media, merchandising, website and operations teams as well as vendors in order to secure efficient communication and sustainable growth, and also contribute to further develop partnerships with external parties
  • Being responsible for external agencies achievements
  • Managing the annual online marketing budget including analysis of performance metrics within Russia & Ukraine and keeping high rate of returns on marketing investments

YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree - preferable in Marketing, Economics
  • Experience in field min 3 years
  • Advanced leadership skills, creative mindset, strong analytical and presentation skills
  • MS office (Preferable advanced in MS Excel), Google Analytics
  • English - Upper-Intermediate
