Now, we are looking for an Automation Team Leader.
Be part of our team in our office in the center of Kaliningrad.
This role is reporting to the Department Manager.
Your accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Line management of engineering team up to 15 persons including the team’s competence development, engagement and overall cost centre budget.
- Drive team build-up in line with OPC Kaliningrad business plan and value demand and growth in other areas of responsibility
- Be the first point of contact for all automation related request for PAPI, PAEN, PAPI Ru. Build strong and sustainable partnerships with all our partners and coordinate requests with EUOPC internal teams.
- Be responsible for resource planning and utilization forecasting, monitoring, and reporting work efficiency, identification of project gaps to ensure proper planning and coordination of appropriate work assignments for assigned area. Responsible for clarifying and reporting any under absorption within the forecast.
- Accountable to maintain project budget, on-time-delivery, and quality.
- Active involvement in sales pursuits, supporting Technical Sales Team or Front-End Sales by providing sound technical solutions and cost break downs.
- Utilize your technical knowledge to contribute in a productive manner and support the team in a leading engineering function, project coordination, or similar way.
- Accountable for Full Cost Model (FCM) to deliver the team services for work packages
- Responsible for KPI results related to the team’s cost absorption, customer feedback and HSE targets.
- Responsible for registration into Monthly Report and pre-check of business trip, vacation, home office, overtime compensation, sick leave/doctor. Responsible for Monthly Report checking – completion in time with project name, reporting codes and activities.
- Other leadership activities (work with assignees based on PDA output, Learning and Development)
- Active communication channel between Department Manager (GM) and work team, actively listening and asking, determining, and identifying possible issues)
Your background and other conditions:
- Automation or electrical background
- Experience in similar role or longer experience as Senior or Lead Engineer
- Open-minded person with strong leadership skills
- Capability to communicate on different ABB PA management levels up to divisions management
- Change management capabilities
- Advanced English language
- Flexibility to travel abroad
- Location in Kaliningrad, RU
