This means that we need to accelerate our omni customer experience and put omni at the core of our business

Omni Sales Team is a new unit within our Regions, with full Omni customer experience ownership – on both a regional and country sales market level. This unit will set and drive an omni commercial and customer plan based on an insight driven approach to grow and engage the customer base. Additionally, the Omni Sales Team will manage omni regional assortment and stock strategy according to customer demand.

Job Description

On this journey we?re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Content Coordinator you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the Customer Activation team within Omni Sales Team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proofreading all translated and SEO related copy (based on brand guidelines and tone of voice) to secure a relevant message for customers in the local market.

  • Being fully immersed in the local daily social publishing plan to understand all global and local content (Facebook, Twitter).

  • Publishing global and local content on local social pages (Facebook, Twitter, Vkontakte).

  • Being the point of contact for Customer Service and PR in case of negative customer engagement in social media.

  • Writing copy for internal communications related to store information, shop info, local customer communication needs etc.

  • Setting KPIs and goals for organic social content and following up.

Besides your personality we see that:

  • it?s meriting if you have a Marketing or Copy degree

  • you have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Copywriter/Proofreader as well as social channels experience from fashion retail and/or creative agency

  • you have experience from managing organic social media accounts for the biggest social platforms

  • you have good understanding of marketing content and digital channels

  • great language skills in English and Russian
