Then PUMA is the right place to be! We are currently looking for a Project manager.

YOUR MISSION

  • Leading stores opening projects in Russia, Ukraine and CIS
  • Implement retail store standards, sourcing policies & procedures to ensure that regional store concept guidelines and country standards are maintained in the stores.
  • Coordinate and negotiate local project execution restrictions with the landlord or mall management to ensure PUMAs requirements are fulfilled.
  • Coordinate local architects and general contractors to establish permit and execution drawings based on the design intent drawings provided by the regional architects.
  • Development/creation of store layouts, a back office and facades sketches on Autocad all by ourselves.
  • Establish, control and document the entire project budget using the regional PUMA documentation platform.

YOUR TALENT

  • Good knowledge of construction project management and process management
  • Technical expertise; ability to read, correct and generate all required project execution documents
  • Minimum of 3 years in managing construction projects across the country
  • PC literate; Microsoft Office, project management and Auto-Cad software professional
  • Fluency in English
  • Pro-active attitude, drive for result personality, team player
  • Ability to exercise high degree of professionalism
  • High level of energy, initiative and professionalism
