We are currently searching for an Expert in Logistics (multimodal, rail and sea) at Sibur International office in Shanghai.

Please note that fluent English and Chinese are a must.

What you will be working on:

1. Distribution of the shipped/ sold volume to terminals/ forwarders according ETD/free storage in port.

2. Creating a lot number based on sold bids.

3. Checking and control of BL approval.

4. Sending booking information to Operation Logistics team to book space via Forwarders.

5. Originals of Bill of Landing endorsing and posting to clients.

6. Control and monitoring of ETD (informing sales managers about ETD/ETA).

7. Updating of the working tables with BL Number, shipping status, ETD/ЕТА etc.

8. Goods receipt/Customs clearing in SAP.

9. VAT & DUTY creation in SAP/Papers printing to FA (New task after SAP project).

10. Logistics invoice registration in SAP.

11. Approval of the logistics invoices (volume approver) in SAP.

12. Process optimization, problem solving.

13. Communication with internal customers/finance/invoicing/customer client service/operational logistics teams.

What we expect from You:

  • Working experience in logistics 2-3 years, preferably in multinational company.

  • Expertise in sea and rail shipment logistics.

  • Confident PC user (Excel, SAP).

  • Good command of Chinese and English, Russian will be a plus.
