BACKGROUND

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will be:

• Manage yearly and quarterly business strategy;
• Lead regional team and be responsible for regional team sales targets;
• Guide promoter store to get good result;
• Ensure Regional KAM to reach regional KA target and develop 2B resources;
• Keep and improve HUAWEI Brand image and awareness in region by joint MKT activities or organize regional MKT activities;
• Support regional Director manage regional team.

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years working experience of team management, shop operation, control regional Sale target and stock;
• Good relationship with regional customers;
• Experience in developing B2B business;
• Organizing skills in regional MKT activities;
• More than 5-7 years experience at Consumer electronic field, CIS channel working experience will be priority;
• Strong command of the English language.
