Key responsibilities
- Manage IT professionals, monitor their performance, support them, and provide them with guidance and feedback;
- Monitoring closely the ITSM Support group to ensure all tickets assigned to the teams are given the attention they command;
- Maintain a working support model and assigning the right resources to the right offices. ensuring all offices has full coverage during their working hours;
- Managing the relationship with local management while aligning with GTS roadmap and vision;
- Close communication with WPS Managers, provide them with visibility, while highlighting areas of improvement and/or operational risks;
- Assisting WPS Managers with the overseeing and following on the implementation of global projects affecting the local office;
- Looking for improvement opportunities and adding them to the list for later assignment of ownership and action.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of technology, windows client and servers, and windows services;
- Work experience on ITIL 4 processes and certified;
- Great customer service, and communication skills;
- Organized and demonstrate leadership skills and people management;
- Work experience for more than 3 years on a similar position;
- Advanced level of English.
