1. Place of work: Remote work location
2. Business trips: potentially up to 20% of working time to support the work of entities in Singapore, China and Austria;
3. Subordination: CFO;

   • Outsourced accounting functions in different geographical locations;

9. Key tasks:

• Day-to-day interactions with the outsourced accounting functions of the HQ and Subsidiaries. Makes sure all transactions are recorded timely and correctly. Makes decisions on the accounting treatment of non-standard transactions.
• Checking the contracts with customers and suppliers with regard to financial and taxation terms and conditions. Checking the correctness of invoices received from the vendors/suppliers and invoices issued by the Operations team to the customers.
• Checking the payment requests initiated by the other departments;
• Participation in preparation of the quarterly and annual budgets for the HQ and Subsidiaries;
• Preparation of monthly and ad-hoc analytical reports on financial data;
• Active involvement in the project of implementation of the accounting/inventory management software; Preparing the data for migration; Conducting various cross-checks and reconciliations;
• Working together with the CFO on analyzing the tax and financial legislation of the countries in which the Company's operations are present;
• Research and implementation of optimal commercial schemes for the commercial operations of the Companies of the group to conduct the most effective commercial operations in the target markets, taking into account (VAT, income tax, property tax/capital gain tax, etc.);
• Tracking changes in corporate taxation in the countries of operations for timely implementation in commercial schemes;
• Preparation of analytical reports and presentations upon requests from the Company management in order to facilitate the decision-making process and support negotiating positions;

10. Requirements for technical skills:

• Strong MS Excel skills;
• Comfortable with other Microsoft applications: MS Word, MS PowerPoint;
• Capapble of working with large data sets summarizing analytical data into easy-to-understand management reports, preparation of presentation materials in PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with adapting to various systems (accounting, banking, reporting etc.)
