CLIENT

This Europe-based client is one of the world's most established stock exchanges.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

DataArt is working with multiple business units, helping the customer to re-architect key aspects of its data infrastructure and business applications, including taking them to the cloud. Our scope of engagement includes modern frontend development, data streaming, data warehousing, modern APIs, and other areas.

TEAM

You will be working in a team of highly skilled engineers and hands-on architects. You will have time for self-education and preparation for certification in your area of interest. All team members, including project managers, are hands-on, with a technical background.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tools and utilities that will help validate implemented features.
  • Analyse and understand requirements for automation of QA processes, create mind maps based on requirements
  • Back-end validation, api testing, use existing Java based framework as well, contribute into its development

Requirements

  • 3+ years of automated testing experience
  • Experience with automation for api
  • Knowledge of testing types and their implementation methods in the process of software testing
  • Writing test documentation (test plans, check-lists)
  • Knowledge and skills in programming (Java)
  • Knowledge of SQL at the level of simple queries
  • Experience in writing end-to-end tests
  • Knowledge of frameworks for testing
  • Spoken English

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS (AWS CLI)
  • Knowledge of messaging technology (Kafka)
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Knowledge of Jenkins
