CLIENT
Our client is the world leader in online gaming services. Their business is developing in several directions, the most prominent ones are a betting exchange and online games (casino, poker, bingo). The betting center and the bookmaker run on their own software. The company's web services have mobile versions and native applications for iOS and Android and are used by more than two million players from 50 countries.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
DataArt’s specialists are helping to develop new services and support existing ones. We have already created a client terminal: users, logged in to the totalizer, can bet and track profits and losses.
TEAM
Currently, we are putting together a team for expanding the features of the client's sites.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and open-minded professional with strong skills in team-leading areas, and advanced knowledge of project management and Scrum methodologies and principles.
Responsibilities
- Help Scrum teams to perform the work effectively and to stay focused
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to review and prioritize features
- Optimization of the collaboration and communication models - within and outside of Scrum teams
- Create and communicate all Scrum teams’ KPIs
- Help Scrum teams maximize the value created (customer-centric approach, shorten time to market, etc.)
- Ensure Scrum teams and stakeholders understand Agile/Lean theory and practices
- Constantly learn and educate on new Agile practices when needed
- Help Scrum teams with self-organization and cross-functionality development
- Take care of Scrum teams velocity and the overall progress
- Facilitate Scrum team events
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in such roles as a Scrum Master, Project Manager
- 3+ years of experience managing IT projects
- Solid practitioner of SCRUM methodology
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and principals
- Understanding of business value discovery and delivery process
- Proven ability to tackle challenging projects
- Focus on achieving business metrics (KPI, OKR)
- Skills in the collection, alignment, and prioritization of requirements
- Experience in planning and monitoring the development
- Understanding of project management methods, experience in different phases of the project life cycle
- Risk analysis and management skills
- Communication skills on a high level
- Facilitation skills and experience
- Mentoring/Teaching skills and experience
- Good spoken and written English and experience working with English-speaking customers
Nice to have
- Technical background (development experience and/or software testing)
- Working experience in multi-team setup
- Cases of transforming team from waterfall to Agile approach or building new Agile team in the non-Agile organization
- A-CSM Certification, Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master / Certified SAFe Scrum Master, PSM (PSM I, PSM II, PSM III) certification
- Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility to the customer
- Skills in managing client and team expectations, experience with client meetings
- Experience in analyzing project risks and pitfalls, recommending solutions
