Doumo is a product team with a strong engineering culture. We build a SaaS platform - all-in-one tool that helps our clients develop their businesses around the world.
Our platform allows small and medium-sized businesses dealing with taxes, finance and accounting, to automate workflows. Using our platform, companies can manage internal tasks, as well as communicate with their customers, exchanging messages and documents, invoicing and accepting payments.
Thousands of accounting firms in the US, Canada and EU are our clients, with more than 1,000,000 active users in different countries all over the world
Our platform is implemented in web, desktop and mobile versions, which allows you to use it on any device.
In 2021, we have grown 4 times and for the further development of projects we will be happy invite managers to our Product team.
Work format: full-time, remote
About the team:
- Our owners are located in the USA, Sales & Support teams from around the world;
- Technical team - 80+ people: developers, testers, designers, technical support engineers, devops engineers and product managers. The technical staff of Doumo is a distributed Russian-speaking team built on the principle of self-management;
- We work in micro-teams of 7-8 people using the Kanban methodology.
Our expectations of the candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner in an IT company;
- Product strategy development skills;
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation;
- Excellent knowledge of product analysis, analysis and optimization of business processes;
- Good understanding of UX;
- Knowledge of business analysis practices and methodologies, gathering requirements and evaluating solutions;
- Understanding and ability to determine the needs of the customer (business);
- Knowledge of English at the level of intermediate + (we have English-speaking clients).
It will be an advantage if you:
- Worked with a product similar to ours (SaaS solutions, electronic signature, CRM, etc.);
- Worked with a product that is being promoted in a foreign market;
- Know the features of the modern web;
- Know the technical fundamentals of product development.
