Communications Manager is responsible for managing the creation and sustaining a positive employer image of the company through compelling social media and other channels advertising campaigns and effective internal communication inside Tashkent office.

Обязанности работника

  • Develop and delivering on a comprehensive communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics;
  • Approve the PR&IC plan with HR Director and Global PR & Communications Director;
  • Suggest yearly budget and control over its execution;
  • Be responsible for Dyninno’s presence in external channels of communication in Uzbekistan;
  • Create a list of external events for participation (Job Fairs and Industry Exhibitions and other events);
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis;
  • Plan, design and organize in-house and outside events for the engagement and retention of existing and potential employees such as: corporate events, monthly engaging promos and events, job fairs and sports-themed events participation;
  • Create messages for Teams, social media, presentation, banners, and media relations material;
  • Localize global messages to local market;
  • Handle all copywriting process;

  • Coordinate design with the design team;

  • Create and keep updated a list of media contacts in UZ (business, HR, industrial);
  • Building relations with editors and journalist;
  • Arrange publications on the free basis;
  • Create content and set promo campaigns in Social Media;
  • To prepare and distribute informational topicabout the company in business, industrial and travel media.

Требования к работнику

  • Advanced written/speaking English, Russian and Uzbek will be preferable;
  • Advanced knowledge of SocMed channels, including to Facebook, Instagram;
  • Advanced knowledge of internal communication channels and principles;
  • 3 years of experience;
  • Communication skills, сreative thinking, leadership skills.
