BMW is looking for an IT Infrastructure Operations Manager.
What awaits you?
- Operating the core infrastructure of BMW Group Russia for all locations.
- Acting as a local project manager as well as and hands-on support for local and centrally managed IT infrastructure.
- Manage project and close collaboration with HQ and international environment.
- Establishing the IT security according to BMW policies and local regulations.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level user support for IT infrastructure related topics.
- Supporting and operating network and server infrastructure for BMW Group Russia.
- Supporting the WAN channels for government agencies and bank partners.
- Supporting and operating the BMW Group Russia datacenters (internal and external).
- Supporting business and IT projects with infrastructure solutions.
- Supporting the communication between the business and external providers in his field of responsibility.
- Ensure compliance within company standards, policies, financial regulations and IT infrastructure safeguarding responsibilities.
- Initiate improvements for internal processes.
What you should bring along?
- 5 years working experience in IT.
- Good communication skills.
- Good Project management experience.
- Understanding of IT security concepts, IDS systems, DLP, Antivirus solutions, encryption tools, malware tools.
- Experience in IT Security Infrastructure (Cisco Firewall, Fortinet, Usergate, VPN Solutions).
- Good knowledge in IT infrastructure management (server, network, storage, database and telecommunication equipment).
- Knowledge about IT infrastructure requirements for financial institutions, e.g. Banks, Insurance companies, telecommunication companies or Integrators.
- Basic Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM (IT Infrastructure Library/IT Service Management) process standards
- Basic Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
- Knowledge of ISO-9000 and ISO-27000 standards and Linux are of advantage.
- Advanced English language skills.
