Обязанности работника

• Technical and technological expertise of investment projects at the pre-project and design stages

• Within the framework of internal documentation, controls the collection and analysis of information, prepares conclusions, reviews, information and analytical materials, develops the technical and technological part of the investment project, collects initial data for design, participates in the review of pre-project documentation (terms of reference, pre-feasibility study, feasibility study, etc.), participates in the selection of technology and licensor, controls in terms of schedule development of technical and technological sections of the Pre-feasibility study. Feasibility study, PDP (Process Design Package - project documentation provided by the Technology Licensor), design and estimate documentation (design estimates), RD (working documentation).

• Responsible for the development of solutions on technical issues throughout the entire period of design, construction, commissioning of the facility and reaching the design capacities.

• Quality assurance, industrial safety, safety, environmental protection within the framework of environmental, land and labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• Participates in the implementation of general corporate policies, quality requirements in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, labor protection, safety and environmental protection, taking into account the production and technological features of production equipment purchased within the framework of the project.

• At the pre-design and design stages (feasibility study, PDP, Design and estimate documentation, working documentation), participates and conducts analysis and assessment of technical and technological risks of the designed production and also the impact of probable emergencies on human health, the environment and the company's reputation by conducting such risk management processes as pre-EIA, EIA, review and evaluation of process flow diagrams (PFD - process flow diagrams) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID - piping and instrumentation diagrams), HAZID (hazard identification review), HAZOP (hazard operability review), SIL/LOPA (safety integrity level / layer of protection analysis), QRA (quantitative risk assessment), Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis (FEA/FERA).

Требования к работнику

• Searching, analyzing, selecting technology licensors, engineering design contractors, and/or researching the production of selected products to increase the value of the business. Timely assessment of key technological solutions and general project documentation (pre-feasibility study, feasibility study, Stage P, WD) within its competence.
• Improving the efficiency of projects by making optimal design decisions, optimizing costs, reducing the time of project implementation. Comprehensive study of investment concepts within the framework of business interests.
• Practical knowledge of heat and material balance, mechanisms of chemical reactions, mechanics of fluid and gas flow, heat transfer.
• Practical knowledge of the processes of granulation of fertilizers or other products / Practical knowledge of the processes of wet process phosphoric acid.
• Knowledge of local and international norms and standards related to the design and construction of process plants in the petrochemical and chemical industries.

• Work schedule 5/2, place of work: Taraz;
• Working day from 09:00 to 18:00;
• Relocation provided.
