Manage the supplies of ventilation and air-conditioning equipment and its spare-parts from the manufacturers in China and EU

Responsibilities:

  • Receive a Purchase order and put in the Order’s List in Global software (Microsoft Dynamics),
  • Send a Purchase order to the Supplier,
  • Get and check the Supplier’s Order confirmation, Proforma-invoice, etc.
  • Create and send the payment instructions to the Treasurer,
  • Control the payments to be done according to payment terms,
  • Control the timelines of Order’s assembly by the Supplier,
  • Coordinate the pickup of goods with the Logistic service and the Supplier,
  • Manage the loading of goods by the Supplier according to Order,
  • Receive and check all required documents from the Supplier (invoice, package list, certificates etc.), provide them to the Logistic and Accounting services,
  • Reflect all the operations in a Global software (Microsoft Dynamics), including SKU purchased and their quantities,
  • Manage the relations with the Suppliers,
  • Manage the Suppliers’ accounts to understand the account payables or receivables,
  • Manage the documents flow between the company and its Suppliers,
  • Negotiate with the Suppliers,
  • Be able to find the solutions to fix any failures which may arise with the Suppliers,
  • Search for alternative Suppliers, Get the offers (price-lists),
  • Put the Supplier’s pricelists to Global software (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Negotiate the contract terms with new Suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English and Russian, work experience in supplies more than 2 years
    Employer: Cypriot Entity with foreign interest, founded in 2015, turnover is over 10M euro/year
Conditions:

  • Workplace location: Spitali, Limassol district (20 min drive from Limassol center), possibility to work on-line from home (50% working time)

  • Working hours: 9-00 – 17-00

  • Gross salary: starting from 2.500 euro/month, GESI medical insurance are paid by the employer
