Procurement Manager (Dubai, ME)

An international Media, Horeca & Entertainment business is searching for an Procurement Manager following business growth and expansion to the Middle East.

Core responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams, to foster effective collaboration and resolve any issues that may arise
Develop and maintain Standard Operating processes and procedures, procurement metrics and reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain a comprehensive supplier database, considering factors such as price, quality, reliability, and sustainability
Manage supplier relationships, monitor their performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost savings, quality enhancements, and supply chain efficiency
Assist business operation units with forecasting, central purchasing, budgeting and spend management.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures, in all procurement activities

Requirements:

3+ years in Procurement management
Local experience (in Dubai/Middle East) is a strong advantage
Experience in Media/Entertainment/Horeca is strongly preferable
Fluent English and Russian
