What you'll do:

  • Set up new workstations

  • Register users within information systems

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues

  • Maintain records of computer equipment and software

  • Participate in projects for company IT infrastructure development

  • Contribute to ensuring information security

What you need to succeed:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

  • Knowledge of personal computer and server architecture

  • Up-to-date knowledge of modern hardware

  • Experience with user operating systems: MS Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac OS

  • Basic knowledge of server operating systems

  • Strong foundational knowledge of networking technologies
