Procter & Gamble is looking for a Communications Manager based in Moscow. You will be a key pillar of a company strategy to improve consumers’ lives in a meaningful way, contributing with your passion for winning and professional excellence.


Job Overview

Your mission will be to keep strengthening P&G’s corporate reputation in the Eastern Europe cluster, amongst internal and external audiences. You will lead Communications projects consistent with corporate strategies and business priorities, across multiple product categories.

As a Communications manager, you will contribute to delivering business goals and strategies, providing leaders with communication support spelled out in our action plan.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital communications: Design and manage top-notch digital presence for P&G in digital channels with the latest technologies available and clear KPIs for the reputation of the company and its brands;

  • Support our business units (category teams) with brand communications: Protect the reputation of our brands in all aspects and domains; partner with Brand and Sales colleagues to develop and activate best-in-class communication campaigns and activities to enable sustainable business results;

  • Help to build functional capabilities: Partner with Communication experts across the globe to deliver learning opportunities and develop skills of Communication professionals at the regional (European) level

Compensation & Benefits

Job Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of experience in Communications, preferably within a Western company and/or PR agency

  • Up to 2 years of hands-on experience with digital communications, preferably within a Western company and/or PR agency

  • Outstanding English and Russian

  • University degree

  • Exceptional project management and presentation skills

  • Self-confidence and ability to work effectively with senior management
