HTS Europe is looking for energized, ambitious and experienced Procurement professional, willing to become the part of rapidly developing business, and support the growth of our Industrial category.
This category includes sourcing of Industrial categories: machinery, spare parts, components, chemicals, raw materials, etc.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Research new suppliers that meet the goals of the company;
- - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with current and new suppliers;
- Requests processing from internal stakeholders;
- Proactive offers for sales development;
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms;
- Database management to meet transparent procurement projects processing;
- Preparing procurement reports;
- Developing Industrial category procurement processes and strategy;
- Performance of other related duties as assigned.
Desired work experience:
- Previous experience of working with Goods (foreign suppliers) and good knowledge of procurement processes;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Upper-intermediate or better English, native Russian;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
