We are looking for Intelligent Automation Consultant.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of Business Analyst position and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and intelligent automation technologies is preferred.
- An understanding of AI product requirements analysis is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly evolving field of intelligent automation and AI.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise analysis and documentation of product requirements.
- Proficiency in identifying business challenges and providing innovative solutions.
- Any relevant certifications in AI, business analysis, or automation technologies are a bonus.
- Fluency in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write quantified User stories about Core solution functionalities.
- Diagrams, process flows, input for presentations.
- Assist with features description in Roadmap.
- Test implemented functionalities.
- Write documentation and User manuals.
- Onboard New Customers (initial solution set up, demo how to use Graip.AI)
- Support with Scripts, demo recordings, features descriptions.
- Data Analysis: analyze Customers documents and decide with Tech Team what will we demo to the Client, what post-processing rules are required.
- Participate in meetings with the Customers to gather their requirements, write MoMs.
- Support PoCs implementation, assist in the implementation and configuration (for PoCs, for demos)
- Participate in Scopes creation and estimation.
- Collaboration with Sales Department: answer their questions, provide input for Proposals creation.
