Accountabilities
- The technical services manager SPS-RU and KAZBEC is responsible for support the design & implementation of the technical & sales portfolio strategy for PPM and Garden Control markets in Russia and KAZBEC countries
- Develop compelling technical & sales positioning, deliver training & support launch activities to deliver & enhance Syngenta value proposition
- Evaluate & enhance SPS product positioning & performance with customer to reflect as business development
- Build strong & efficient, in market relationship and raise the profile of Syngenta with key industry personnel, particularly with influencer, end users, channel partner to ensure the experience of excellent level of technical & sales support
- Improves and develops the current customer/ market database to support the business
- Manage RU and KAZBEC regulatory plan by coordination between SPS regulatory department, Russian CP regulatory team, officials & customer to maintain growth through existing & new product introduction
- Support Business Manager RU and KAZBEC in development annual business plan for the RU and KAZBEC region
- Work with AMEA technical, marketing & regulatory teams to ensure consistency of development activities
- Build a network of contacts across Syngenta global & regional SPS teams and within the industry to identify the opportunities & potential new products/ offers & to share knowledge and experiences
- Support the local technical literature & technical media content to support product sales and marketing campaigns
- Implement the registration plan in RU and KAZBEC with territory regulatory team and service providers to ensure fast product introduction and sustainable growth through existing and new product portfolio
Qualifications
- BSc degree in agronomy
- High level of knowledge of public health and agronomy of turf & landscape business
- Thorough understanding of the technical characteristic and use of pest control products
- Solid knowledge & network in PPM, garden control industries within Russia and KAZBEC
- At least 5 years’ experience in relevant industries (Technical support, Sales, collaboration with PCOs, GCs, date palm Farmers)
- Credible, well known and well regarded within industry
- Soft skills: client orientation, negotiation abilities, flexibility, self-motivated, organized, excellent communication and presentation abilities, appropriate appearance and vocabulary
- Team player
- Professional skills: availability to travel
- Marketing and management knowledge
- Languages: Russian (native) and English (business professional)
