What you’ll do:

Be responsible for overseeing all IT development and maintain activities related to our electronic money and payment services
Manage complex projects
Lead teams of IT engineers (both in-house and outsourced)
Ensure the timely delivery of results

What you need to succeed:

Minimum 10 years experience in IT development and maintenance
5 years in a managerial role (e.g., CTO, team lead, or lead architect)
Minimum 2 years experience in the banking, payments, e-money, or currency exchange sector
Strong understanding of core-banking and payment systems (both bespoke and third-party solutions)
In-depth knowledge of security techniques and applications for securing core-banking/payment systems
Experience managing remote IT engineering teams
