Дополнительные сведения о вакансии: Legal Counsel

We are currently seeking for a Mid-Level Legal Counsel to work in our Moscow office (no remote work, no hybrid schedule, strictly at office).

The main criteria is English law knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and amending sale-purchase agreements for oil products and fertilizers, as well as storage, agency, assignment and other agreements;
  • Handling corporate services: setting up and liquidating companies, maintaining corporate documents, renewing business licenses, tenancy agreements, etc. in various jurisdictions (UAE, Hong Kong, African countries, Turkey, Russia);
  • Handling Know-Your-Customer, AML, sanctions procedures;
  • Managing claims;
  • Keeping records of concluded contracts, KYC;
  • Providing legal research for and reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel.

Qualifications:

  • BA in Russian law;
  • LLM or BA in common law is a plus;
  • Relevant experience in oil and gas industry, fertilizers, grain trading is a plus;
  • Proficient in English, Russian languages;
  • Proficient in MS Office.
