Efes Kazakhstan takes a leading position in the beer market of Kazakhstan. The company is a member of Efes Beer Group, which is a multinational group in the beverage industry specializing in the production and sale of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Efes Kazakhstan owns two beer production plants in Almaty and Karaganda, as well as regional representative offices in Kazakhstan.

We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vacancy of Commercial Business Engagement Supervisor.

(Temporary position to cover the employee on maternity leave) which requires analytical thinking to address real business challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of the current state of information technologies, principles, and project management processes.
  • Knowledge of the current state of principles and processes in office automation.
  • Knowledge of systems for organizing comprehensive information security, methods for preventing unauthorized access to information.
  • Coordination and development of business requirements for changes to existing business systems or the implementation of new business systems.
    • Interaction with the head office or other countries within the group for planning changes to business systems and implementing new business systems.
    • Ensuring interaction with external information service providers.
  • Improve and implement standards, policies, and procedures for information systems.
  • Coordinate and participate in the preparation of budget information.
  • Perform collection and analysis of requirements, including: analytical methods, interview methods, data collection methods, current system documentation, business modeling methods, development of business process implementation plans, rules and logic, data collection for solving complex issues, rules and logic, requirement development, resolution of key analytical tasks, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement test plans/scenarios to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide support to various business and technical groups to ensure reliable, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
  • Manage resources, track expenses against the budget.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key business stakeholders and/or business intermediaries, actively manage their expectations, and monitor satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years in the field of information technology with a focus on the implementation of various information systems.
  • Higher education (Technical or Engineering-Economic)
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills;
  • English/Russian languages -fluent speakers (Turkish language preferably);
  • Ability to collect and analyze numerical information;
