We are seeking a Team Lead to join our Engagement Team.
**Relocation to Cyprus or Remote work can be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the engagement team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Oversee the development of two solutions: a proprietary chat solution with an integrated chatbot, and a customer acquisition platform leveraging chat as a transport protocol.
- Coordinate projects from requirement definition through deployment, identifying scopes, timelines, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Monitor and assign internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, timeline, and budget in collaboration with project staff.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and reporting.
- Structure and maintain processes to manage project scope, setting quality and performance standards while assessing and managing risk.
- Report project outcomes and risks to management channels and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated work experience of at least 5 years in project management or leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven success in engaging and managing diverse teams, with a solid understanding of software development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics and experience in developing high-load systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English – both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership abilities with impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI elements and integration within chat solutions, including experience with Camunda.
Will be considered an advantage:
- Experience in customer engagement strategies focused on increasing average transaction value and repeat purchases.
- Previous success in the development of software platforms.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
- Understanding of data monitoring and tracing in distributed systems.
