Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11?11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

We are looking for a IT Recruiter/Sourcer

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify top IT talent through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other online platforms.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates for IT positions.
  • Pre-screen and engage with potential candidates to determine their fit for specific roles.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future openings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Sourcer or in a similar sourcing/recruitment role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT/GameDev roles, technologies, and skill sets.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
