PointPay is a full-fledged crypto services ecosystem, comprising services such as Exchange, Wallet, Payment System, and Launchboard. It is aimed at the global market and is available in 19 languages.

The PointPay platform supports interface services, including Mobile (iOS & Android) and Interface and authentication. It replaces the traditional banking model, enabling cost-effective and instant fund transfers worldwide using our proprietary off-chain technology and PointPay token (PXP). 1.5 billion people worldwide lack both financial literacy skills and access to banking services, and they would like to have both.

We are seeking a Chief Product Officer with a strong background in product management and a proven track record of creating and maintaining centralized exchanges (CEX).

Please do not apply if you don't have direct experience in building and managing centralized exchanges.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the company's products, in particular, the crypto exchange

• Analyze the needs of the audience, the scenarios of users' work with the product, the market, and the competitive environment

• Based on this analysis, think about and describe new functionality and define KPIs that will be affected by its launch

• Conduct experiments to find the best product solutions

• Formulate long and short-term product development plans

• Communicate daily with members of the management team, designers, and development team

• Participate in discussions on the best and most effective solutions for the project

• Coordinate the activities of the team

• Support the finished project

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a product management role in the crypto domain; experience in driving the commercial success of a CEX is essential

• Strong understanding of the development process

• Ability to create a clear and detailed roadmap, prioritize, and calculate key performance indicators

• Ability to generate detailed product requirements

• Experience with metrics

• Audience segmentation, user experience scripting

• Ability to communicate information to stakeholders, listen to and consider their opinions, argue and stand your ground to the last

• Ability to speak the same language with programmers and business

• Knowledge of English at a sufficient level for reading and correspondence
