We offer an entry to an exciting professional career in Human Resources at Procter & Gamble, a global leader in consumer goods production.


Working in the Human Resources Department, you'll have hands-on experience and significant responsibilities. The Human Resources practitioner in P&G is responsible for strengthening high-reaching advantages for the company by attracting the best talents, developing organizational capability, and helping employees to achieve peak performance.
Our objective is to be a business-integrated partner at the heart of helping some of the world’s greatest professional talent – including yourself. You will work on the P&G Gillette plant, which produces double-edge blades (7 O’clock, Astra, Sputnik) and disposable razors (Blue 2, Gillette 2) and packages system razors and blades (Gillette Fusion, Mach3, Venus).

You will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment process: managing job posting, screening CVs, organizing interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • Campus events: being in touch with the best universities and professional schools, engaging students, and building P&G employer brand locally.

  • Engaging and developing plant interns as potential future company leaders.

  • Analyzing HR indicators, like headcount, attrition data, etc., to create action plans.

  • Driving organization initiatives to support company goals.


Compensation & benefits

  • Monthly salary 155 000 rubles gross

  • Annual bonus

  • Hybrid work format

  • 5/2 work schedule, possibility to choose a schedule:

  • 8/9:00-17/18:00 - Monday-Thursday; 8/9:00-14:30/15:30 - Friday

Job Qualifications

  • The job requires you to be based in St. Petersburg (or you should be ready to move to St. Petersburg with the company's support

  • Any higher education degree

  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

  • Work experience in HR for at least one year is preferable

  • Work experience as a recruiter is preferable

  • Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
